    Insulated metal structures capable of being occupied within an hour of arriving onsite. No need for power drops to provide electricity. This elimintes the need for permitting in most locations. Low voltage 12 volt system makes for a safe living unit. Adjustable feet for leveling allowing placement on any surface.
    FEATURES
    Basic features include 400 watt solar panels, controller and 200 Ah of battery. Fan, interior light, heater and 3 USB charging ports.Built in bed with mounting points for a bunk bed above it. Interior fully coated and sealed with Polyurea. 36" wide locking door.
    OPTIONS
    10,000 BTU airconditioner, larger solar capability as well as controller and batteries. Double wide unit is also an option.
  • INTERIOR COATING
    Interior coated and sealed with Polyurea. When fully cured, polyurea provides a smooth, flexible, yet durable and solid surface thats easy to clean and maintain. It can withstand power washing techniques making it ideal in food manufacturing and healthcare facilites.
    EASILY TRANSPORTED
    Able to load 8 units on one flatbed 53' trailer.

    Powder coated sheet metal exteriors.

No need for costly utilites to be installed prior to occupance. Units are shipped out with fully charged batteries allowing for immediate occupancy once placed and leveled onsite.
